Children's Privacy Statement

Sean And Jaxson cares about kids' safety. This website is made for families with young children, and we follow the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
What we collect
We collect only a parent or guardian's email address (and an optional first name) when an adult chooses to sign up for updates. We use it only to send Sean And Jaxson updates, new episodes and songs, and event news.
- We never knowingly collect personal information from children. The signup form is for parents and guardians 18+ only. If we learn a child submitted information, we will delete it.
- We never sell or rent your information.
- Signups are stored using Netlify Forms (our web host's form service).
- Unsubscribe anytime by replying to any email or by writing to seanandjaxsonsworld@gmail.com. You can also ask us to delete your information.
There are no accounts, chat or comments on this site.
Cookies & trackers
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Your browser's local storage only remembers that you closed or answered our signup popup, so it doesn't show again for 30 days. Nothing is sent to us from it.
YouTube videos
Our videos are embedded with YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube (Google) may still process some technical information when a video plays, under Google's Privacy Policy. Our videos are designated "Made for Kids" on YouTube.
Links to other sites
Links to YouTube and TikTok are meant for parents. Those sites have their own privacy policies and age rules.
Hosting
Like any website, our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security. We don't use these logs to identify or track visitors.
Future app
Before our learning app launches, we will publish an updated policy. If it ever needs any information about a child, we will get verifiable parental consent first.
